The sleeve has an internal diameter of 1.6–1.8 inches (4–4.5 cm) and internal depth of 5.5–5.7 inches (14–14.5 cm). It’s designed to fit most anatomies. If you’re unsure, contact our support team with your measurements and we’ll help you determine fit.
Do I need the holder and straps?
The sleeve can be used on its own — it stays in place through friction and body heat. However, for all-day wear or active movement, the holder and straps provide much more secure positioning. We recommend the Complete System for the best experience.
Can I use this for penetration?
Yes. The sleeve is designed to add both length and girth for intimate use. For additional rigidity, add the Internal Stabilization Rod — it inserts into the hollow core and provides firm structural support.
Is this compatible with O-ring harnesses?
