The Emisil Holder is a durable silicone cup that keeps your extension sleeve securely positioned against your body. Without the holder, the sleeve relies only on friction. With the holder (and straps), the sleeve locks firmly in place — no shifting, no adjusting, even during movement.

How It Works

The holder sits between your body and the base of the sleeve, creating a stable connection point. The adjustable straps attach to the holder and wrap around your body to keep everything locked in position. Together, they form a secure system for all-day wear.

When Do You Need This?

• All-day wear — If you plan to wear the extension sleeve for extended periods, the holder prevents gradual shifting.
• Physical activity — Walking, movement, daily tasks — the holder keeps everything stable.
• Replacement part — If your original holder needs replacing, this is the same component included in the Complete System.

Compatibility

Do I need the straps too?

Yes — the holder works together with the Adjustable Support Straps. The holder locks the sleeve in place, and the straps keep the holder securely positioned on your body. Both are included in the Complete System.

Will other colors be available?

Currently only Caramel (medium tone) is available. We may add additional colors in the future.
